Kind Consultancy is a Financial Services recruitment firm, specialising in permanent, contract and interim positions across Governance, Risk, Compliance, Complaints, Change, Transformation & Financial Crime.

Over the last decade, we have built strong relationships with major multinational banks, some of the UK’s longest-standing building societies, and exciting new fintech start-ups.

Within that niche, we work on roles at all levels of seniority - from Junior Financial Crime Analysts to MLROs. We pride ourselves on harnessing continually updated industry knowledge to build collaborative relationships with our clients and candidates. We take the time to understand how a vacancy fits into a wider business plan, and how a job move fits into an individual’s long-term career goals.

All of which means we are perfectly positioned to help organisations with long-term and short-term resource needs. If your business needs an experienced SMF16 and SMF17 holder to shepherd the organisation through authorisation, we can help you find the person who will define your organisation's Risk & Compliance culture for years to come. If you’ve received a Section 166 notice and need a rapid response, we can connect you with a full team of immediately available contract talent including MI Analysts and Financial Crime Analysts, working under an experienced Compliance Manager to quickly identify and rectify the faults.

Our Kind Agile Solutions service is built for situations like this - we maintain a bench of pre-screened top-performing Financial Services professionals who regularly update us on their availability so we always know who is ready to go, and we can have game-changing talent on-site and at work much faster than with traditional recruitment.
