Lars With

Lars With is the Market Director North Europe at KIND, overseeing operations since 2024. Previously, they served as General Manager for Mars Norway, where they managed a substantial business unit and were responsible for strategy and financial performance. Lars also held roles as the Field Effectiveness Manager and Market Director for Mars in various regions, contributing significantly to sales transformation and operational improvements. Their earlier experience includes positions at Hydro Texaco, Bonaventura Sales AS, Nigel Wright Group, and Cappa AS, along with a background in consulting and research. Lars is currently pursuing degrees in Financial Economics and Strategic Management at École Supérieure de Gestion Paris and in Economics and Business Administration at BI Norwegian Business School.
