Michael Lee

Michael Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in laboratory operations and assisted reproductive technologies (ART). As the owner of Seacost ART Labs Consulting, Inc. since May 2024, Michael focuses on troubleshooting and remote IVF lab directorship. Previously, as Assistant Vice President and later Senior Vice President of Laboratory Operations at Kindbody, responsibilities included digitizing standard operating procedures and streamlining operations across 27 labs. Michael has also served as Director at Seacoast PGD ART, LLC, where expertise includes preimplantation genetic diagnosis and IVF lab design. Earlier roles include Director of Laboratories at Fertility Solutions, PC, and Director of A.R.T Laboratories at Genesis Fertility and Reproductive Medicine. Michael's career began as a Research Specialist at the University of Pennsylvania, where advanced education in reproductive biology was obtained, culminating in a Master's degree.
