Melissa Dill

Melissa Dill has over 20 years of work experience. Melissa began their career in 1999 as a Volunteer Intern with Chicken Soup Brigade and CRISTA Ministries. In 2000, they worked as a Volunteer Intern with Catholic Community Services NSW/ACT and as an Administrative Assistant with Pioneer Human Services. Melissa was then promoted to Business Manager and Assistant Director with Pioneer Human Services from 2000 to 2007. During this time, they were also a Volunteer Poetry Mentor with Pongo Foundation from 2007 to 2010 and a Volunteer Foster Parent with PAWS from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they began working as an Accounting Assistant with LPD Engineering PLLC. In 2019, they returned to Pioneer Human Services as a Nonprofit Contractor and, in 2021, they joined Kindering as an Office Manager/FRC Admin and Administrative Assistant.

Melissa Dill attended Seattle University from 1996 to 2000, earning a BA in Sociology. Melissa then returned to school in 2008 to attend the University of Washington, where they earned a Certificate in Human Resources in 2009.
