Ryan Bauer

Ryan Bauer is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation and brand marketing, currently serving as the Director of Innovation at Kinder's Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces since March 2024. Prior roles include Senior Innovation Manager at Clif Bar & Company, where Ryan led brand innovation and was recognized as a mentor in the 2023 Mondelez CoLab program. Significant contributions were made in various capacities at Nom Nom, The J.M. Smucker Company, and Big Heart Pet Brands, focusing on product innovation, growth strategy, and commercialization efforts. Ryan's career began at L'Oréal, where skills in marketing and consumer insights were developed.
