Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Kinder's Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces since May 2025, Steven previously held leadership roles at Sugar Bowl Bakery and Clif Bar & Company, where responsibilities included directing operations and ensuring food safety and quality. Steven's experience extends back to positions at Amy's Kitchen, General Mills, and The Pillsbury Company, contributing significantly to supplier quality assurance and raw materials management. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science and Management from the University of California, Davis.
