Tyler Kinnie

Tyler Kinnie is an experienced talent acquisition and recruiting professional, currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Kinder's Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces since September 2025. Previously, Tyler held the position of Head of Recruiting + IDEA at WillScot, where management of a diverse team of recruiters and senior managers was key. Extensive experience includes roles at Opendoor as Head of Talent Programs, Serta Simmons Bedding as Director of Global Recruiting, and Varsity Tutors as Sr. Manager of Talent Strategy, along with various recruitment positions at Vanguard, GoDaddy, and others.
