Stephen Marcus

Stephen Marcus is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Riot Ventures, a prominent seed fund focused on deep technology, since April 2017. Additionally, Stephen serves on the boards of Kindo and Shield AI, the latter being an AI platform enabling advanced robotic capabilities. As an investor, Stephen has contributed to several notable companies, including Toast, Inc. and Desktop Metal, during their growth phases. Stephen's previous roles include Founder and CEO of Matchbox, an award-winning enterprise software company acquired by Noodle, and participation on the MIT Sloan School of Management Admissions Committee. Educational credentials include an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital from MIT Sloan and a BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
