Executive level coach supporting neurodivergent adults who are ready to thrive personally and professionally.

About my coaching practice: My coaching is grounded in the Kindred ethos. Sharing knowledge & insights in a neuroaffirming space to drive discovery & recognition in an empathetic, direction-led way.

My approach to ADHD & neurodiversity coaching, is to create a safe and supportive space to help individuals explore their neurodivergent profiles through curious conversation and psychoeducation, in order to navigate various aspects of their personal and professional lives.

Together, we can explore your unique strengths profile, sensory profile, executive functioning and your experiences with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. We will collaborate & co-create empowering practices, celebrate meaningful success, and adjust session structure to align with your specific needs.

Accepting clients with or without formal diagnosis, self-funded, employer-funded or Access To Work funded.
