Dwight Richards

Dwight Richards is the VP of Sales at Kindsight, where they focus on enhancing fundraising strategies for nonprofits through advanced donor engagement tools. Prior to this role, Dwight worked at iWave since September 2017, enabling organizations to improve their fundraising efforts by providing essential donor insights. They have extensive experience in sales and management, having held positions such as Center Director at Web.com and Director of Sales at Radian6. Dwight's career also included various roles at Xerox, where they managed sales teams and improved customer service operations. They earned a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from New Brunswick Community College between 1982 and 1984.
