Sarah Kennedy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and client services. Starting as an HR Manager at HGS Canada Inc. (formerly OLS) from March 1996 to August 2012, Sarah provided comprehensive HR support, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. From August 2012 to January 2018, Sarah served as Client Services Manager at iWave Information Systems, where responsibilities included determining client service requirements, achieving service objectives, and implementing improvements. Following this, Sarah transitioned to a role as a Business Analyst in Quality Assurance at Kindsight in April 2020, currently holding this position. Earlier experience also includes a stint as a Recruiter at On Line Support from January 2005 to April 2006. Sarah holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UPEI/Holland College, completed in 2004.
