KindSol is a people-centred consultancy and a specialised brand of Mindful Echoes.

Our business thrives on bridging the gap between emotional distress and professional care by providing practical, non-clinical psychological first aid. We operate on the core belief that "You only know what you know until you know more," using researched theory and non-judgmental logic to deliver clarity to organisations, educational institutions, and families.

Our Methodology: We reject "one-size-fits-all" solutions. Instead, we combine academic rigour with deep empathy to ensure our findings are both evidence-based and human-centric. Our approach is grounded in the understanding that every institutional culture and individual journey requires a unique, tailored framework.

Our Core Capabilities:
Institutional Training: We train universities and corporate organisations on neurodiversity awareness and trauma-informed practices to create safer, more inclusive environments.

Parental Support: We provide neurodiversity awareness and practical guidance to help parents better understand and support their neurodivergent children.

Individual Support: We serve as a first point of contact for individuals navigating stress, overwhelm, or life transitions, providing clarity for those unsure of how or where to seek psychological help.

We bring postgraduate-level expertise in Investigative and Forensic Psychology and International Business from the University of Liverpool. With experience spanning student wellbeing, safeguarding, and the justice system, we operate within strict ethical boundaries to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive space.

We are committed partners in promoting mental well-being, currently collaborating with BeeKind Training, UK, to bring evidence-informed awareness to our community.

Note: KindSol is a non-clinical service and does not provide medical diagnoses, therapy, or emergency crisis interintervention.
