James Prasad

James Prasad is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at RevRoad Capital and a Board Member at Kinectify since 2024, Prasad previously held the position of Vice President of Finance and Operations at SkillsVR and Tribal Planet, Inc. Prasad's career also includes significant roles at SRA Systems as Vice President and at CFMC as Chief Executive Officer before its acquisition by Enghouse Interactive. As a cofounder and CFO of Specifix, Inc., and through various leadership positions at Red Hat and Adaptec, Prasad has developed a strong background in financial management, software engineering, and marketing. Prasad holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from San Francisco State University.
