Tom Parsons has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 1993 to 2002, they worked at Financial Technology, Inc., where they served as the Director of Product Management, leading the development of profitability and ALM systems. Tom also held the role of Director of Services/International Services, overseeing international implementations of the ProfitVision Profitability System.

In 2002, Tom joined Open Solutions Inc. as the Area Vice President of Sales. Tom managed all sales operations for financial solutions products in the Western Territory of North America and capitalized on sales leads to create new business opportunities.

In 2009, Tom started working at Plansmith, where they held multiple roles. As the VP of Sales and Sales Manager, they built the sales team, implemented Salesforce.com, and introduced a new sales process. Later, as the VP of Marketing, they contributed to the company's marketing efforts.

In 2018, Tom joined Kinective as the VP of Partner Enablement. Tom managed projects and communication for integrated partners, contributing to the company's data connectivity solutions.

In 2022, Tom joined Vail Resorts as a Ski Instructor, utilizing their knowledge and skills in the recreational industry.

Tom Parsons earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including a Professional Education: miniMBA from Miami University in 2021, an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in August 2016, and various Coursera Course Certificates including "The Business of Social," "Content, Advertising & Social IMC," and "Engagement & Nurture Marketing Strategies" in 2016. Tom also has a certification in API's from Coursera.
