Fareshta Hashemi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. From 2001 to 2008, Fareshta served as a Test Engineering Leader and Program Manager at Celestica. Subsequently, Fareshta held various roles at Curtiss-Wright Corporation from February 2022 to April 2024, including Director of Business Segment, Senior Manager, and Manager. Fareshta was also a Project Manager at Curtiss-Wright Nuclear Division from March 2014 to February 2020. In December 2023, Fareshta joined the Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industries as a member of the Board of Directors, serving as Chair of the Risk & Compliance Committee until May 2024. Currently, Fareshta is the Service Line Director for Nuclear Equipment Solutions at Kinectrics, a position held since June 2024. Fareshta holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications from Ryerson University.
