Guy Hotte is a Professional Engineer with 35 years of experience in Nuclear Power Plant Safety Analyses, Licensing, Design, and modifications. They participated in the commissioning of the Gentilly-2 CANDU-6 plant and developed innovative refuelling strategies that significantly improved reactor operations. Currently serving as an Executive Consultant at Kinectrics, they previously held leadership positions, including Vice-President Engineering at DESSAU and Manager of the Analyses and Reliability Department at Hydro-Québec. Hotte has also trained numerous nuclear engineers and represented Hydro-Québec on various technical committees within the Canadian nuclear industry. They completed their education at the École Polytechnique de Montréal.
