Harsh Dave, EIT, has a diverse background in engineering and production management with experience across several prominent organizations. Initially serving as a Mechanical Engineer at ISRO from July 2016 to July 2020, Harsh supported shop floor management and project assessments. Following this, a tenure as a QC Engineer at Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. involved quality checks and execution in fabrication and piping. Harsh then progressed to roles such as Production Coordinator at Eventscape and Production Manager at Veracity Energy & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., focusing on production management and cost estimation in metal fabrication. Subsequently, Harsh worked as a Quality Engineer and currently holds the position of Project Engineer at Multimatic while leading a team at Kinectrics since September 2024. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University and a Quality Engineering diploma from Lambton College.
