Laurie Klarner, P.Eng. is an experienced Nuclear Engineer with a focus on Fuel Channels, Feeders, and Steam Generators, currently employed at Kinectrics since February 2018. Prior to this role, Laurie worked at Amec Foster Wheeler Nuclear Canada where responsibilities included Bruce MCR Feeder & Fuel Channel Engineering and Engineering Project Controls. Laurie has also worked at Babcock & Wilcox Canada, Ltd. as a Nuclear Design Engineer, contributing to the design and analysis of steam generator components in compliance with ASME and CSA Codes, and utilizing advanced engineering software for stress and thermal analysis. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western University, earned in 2012.
