Melina Tahami

Melina Tahami is an experienced engineer and analyst, currently specializing in Advanced Reactor Integration & Analysis at Kinectrics since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Work Control Team Lead at Ontario Power Generation, where responsibilities involved planning a significant $57M outage focused on fuel handling maintenance and reactor inspections, as well as leading team meetings on project risks and resources. Melina also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at York University's Lassonde School of Engineering and held the position of Nuclear Refurbishment Executive Intern at Ontario Power Generation, enhancing team productivity through automation. Additional roles include Junior Process Engineer at Cosmetica Laboratories, where Melina optimized production processes, and Store Supervisor at Lawtons Drugs, managing team operations and inventory. Melina holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Lassonde School of Engineering at York University.
