Roy Chang

Roy Chang is an experienced Section Manager (Acting) at Kinectrics since January 2018, previously holding the position of Senior Engineer in Risk and Reliability Application at Amec Foster Wheeler from February 2007 to January 2018. At Amec Foster Wheeler, Roy assessed the impact of Surplus Baseload Generation on system reliability and developed a Generation Risk Assessment model for the Boiler Feedwater System at the Pickering A Generating Station. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto from September 2004 to September 2006, where Roy facilitated tutorials and reviewed theoretical concepts with students, and as a Materials Science Lab Engineer at Celestica from May 2001 to August 2002, where Roy contributed to manufacturing process improvements and conducted root-cause failure analysis. Roy holds both a Master of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto.
