Ruth Burany

Ruth Burany has extensive experience in engineering and project management, particularly in quality assurance and failure analysis at Kinectrics since July 2006. Previously, Ruth served as a Visiting Fellow at the National Research Council Canada and held positions at Enermodal Engineering and Cheminfo Services, where contributions included the Daylighting Design Guide and environmental policy development. During a chemistry research co-op at BlueStar Advanced Technology Corp, focus was on lithium-ion cell development. Ruth also managed the Midnight Sun Solar Race Car Project, overseeing marketing and sponsorship efforts. Ruth holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and Advanced Materials from Newcastle University and a degree from the University of Waterloo.
