Together we have more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. By pairing the best equipment technology and the latest fitness trends, our state-of-the-art facility will provide an unparalleled workout experience to take your exercise routine—and your results--to the next level. 

“Kineo Fit,” our most common class format, combines cardio interval training with strength threshold training to help achieve goals of: weight loss, muscle balance, better posture, increased core strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. 

As a new member, you’ll experience first-class customer service: a health history screening, weight and body fat percentage assessments, goal setting session – including dietary plan and monthly workout strategies, and instruction on all fitness machines.
