Heidi Johnson

Heidi Johnson has worked in a variety of roles since 1996. Heidi began their career at Indian Creek Electric, Inc. as an Office Manager in 1996. In 2011, they moved to Philadelphia Wings Lacrosse as an Executive Assistant/Operations Manager. In 2016, they joined Quakertown Community School District as an Executive Assistant to the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent. Most recently, in 2020, Heidi began working at Kinertia LLC as the Head of Operations and an Operations Manager, where they manage daily business operations, strategic planning, HR and benefits functions, budgeting, policies, distributor billing/collections, presentations, and office administration for an innovative web development company. Heidi also employs and manages numerous applications (including Google Workspace, Asana, Gusto, Hubstaff) to execute goals and promote efficiency.

Heidi Johnson holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from DeSales University and a Certificate in Website Development from Temple University.
