Joyce Tan

Joyce Tan currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at KINESSO, where responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes for the APAC region and liaising with recruitment agencies to enhance the hiring experience. Previously, Joyce worked as a Human Resources Executive at Soft Space, implementing employee engagement strategies and organizing major company events to foster a positive workplace culture. Joyce also gained experience as a Human Resources Business Partner Intern at ByteDance, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCSI and is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
