Bridging AI with human behavior to transform the way fitness franchises operate.

At FitOpsIQ, we’re building the human intelligence layer for franchise fitness operations—powered by AI, but grounded in real-world experience. Our flagship platform, KinetaIQ, helps fitness owners, operators, and front-line teams automate follow-up, uncover insights, and optimize performance across sales, marketing, and retention workflows.

This venture was born from firsthand experience. As a top-performing franchise owner, I saw how many operators pour their life savings and retirement accounts into launching a business—often without the industry expertise or entrepreneurial background needed to train a GM, lead a team, or build sustainable revenue. I created FitOpsIQ to scale the systems, scripts, and frameworks that helped me reach profitability fast—so others could do the same, without drowning in complexity or spreadsheets.

We’re not just building dashboards. We’re building intelligent operators that think like owners and act like a growth partner.

If you’re an emerging fitness brand, a multi-unit franchisee, or an innovation-driven partner, I’d love to connect.
