Kinetic Instruction is an all-inclusive boutique Instructional Design agency based in L.A., offering custom training solutions drawn from your company’s expertise and built on solid instructional methods. We provide Instructional Design, E-Learning Development, LMS Design, and Project Management skills under one roof.

Our team quickly performs data collection, needs analysis and interviews, reviews existing source material, distills important concepts into effective storyboards and scripts, and creates custom Learning that seamlessly integrates into the learner’s experience. Our learning products always feature real-world practice simulations to embed new skills or knowledge in the learner’s mind. It is this embedding process that leads to measurable impact on skills when the learner is back on the job.

As a boutique company we work with a select group of clients, ensuring full collaboration and transparency; in fact, we can proudly state that 80% of our clients have returned for repeat business. Our instructional process is learner focused, task specific, and always includes real world practice.

Our motto is “Education, Engineered” because we use the science of learning to effectively teach anyone anything.
