We are two HR professionals who began our careers at the same time, each taking our own path through different roles, industries, and educational experiences. Over the years, we’ve stayed closely connected and regularly exchanged ideas, problem-solving together, and comparing what we’ve seen across organizations of all sizes.
What we discovered was consistent: many businesses, from early-stage startups to large corporations, were struggling with the same recurring HR challenges. Despite a rapidly evolving workforce and a changing world, their people practices hadn’t kept pace.
Driven by a shared passion for modern, adaptable HR, we decided to combine our expertise and create a fresh approach, one designed for today’s workforce and tomorrow’s growth. Our goal is to help startups and mid-sized companies build strong foundations from the very beginning, ensuring they can scale sustainably and thrive in an ever-changing environment.
