Kelsey Keith

Kelsey Keith, LPC, is a risk management professional with over 14 years of experience dedicated to creating safer workplaces. Currently serving as the Director of Loss Control at KINETIC, they lead efforts to mitigate risk and enhance safety programs for clients. Previously, Kelsey held positions at various organizations, including Director of Risk Management at Metropolis Technologies and Regional Risk Manager at Banfield Pet Hospital, where they significantly reduced incidents and improved compliance efforts. Kelsey earned a Master’s in Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s in Communication from Salisbury University.
