Established in 2009, and run by passionate Saudi women, Kinetico caters to three areas of wellbeing: Art, Form, Movement.

ART houses Kinetico Dance Company, the first and biggest dance company in Saudi Arabia, led by dedicated and talented choreographers and dancers. 

FORM represents our fitness classes that focus on mind and body alike. We offer a variety of Pilates & Yoga classes, and some signature classes that mesh the best of both.

MOVEMENT is our professional gymnastics division where we offer artistic and rhythmic gymnastics programs with world-renowned gymnasts and coaches.
