Bryan Graham

Bryan Graham has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the energy industry. Bryan has served as Vice President of Optimization & Reliability at Kinetik since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Midstream Operations at Altus Midstream from 2019 to 2022.

Before their time at Altus Midstream, Bryan worked at DCP Midstream from 2012 to 2019. During this period, they served as Vice President of Operations, General Manager of Operations, and Asset Director, overseeing the safety, environmental compliance, and financial performance of multiple gas plants, boosters, and pipelines. Bryan was responsible for implementing new processes and technologies to improve operational practices and maximize profitability.

Bryan's professional experience also includes their time in the US Navy from 2008 to 2016, where they held the rank of Lieutenant and served as an Engineering Duty Officer. Bryan managed Navy reservists with various industrial skills to support shipyard operations.

Earlier in their career, Bryan worked at LyondellBasell from 1998 to 2012, holding roles such as Operations Manager, Technical Manager, QC Laboratory Manager, Senior Production Engineer, Polymers Operations Planner, and Production Engineer. In these positions, they directed daily operations, led process improvement initiatives, managed laboratory functions, and provided technical support for various chemical and polymer processes.

Bryan Graham has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University. In addition, they hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University.
