Ashley Boyd

Ashley Boyd is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in service management and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the IT Service Management Owner for King County, WA, since July 2015, Ashley leads a formal service management team focused on ITIL best practices across various domains such as Asset, Change, Knowledge, Problem, and Release management. Previous roles within King County include Customer Support Services Owner and IT Operations Leader, where Ashley oversaw extensive operational teams and contributed to transforming government IT services. Prior to this, Ashley held significant leadership positions at AGCO Corporation and EDS, an HP Company, where achievements included establishing global desktop services and developing support processes for a vast international user base. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
