David Decoteau, A.A.E., IAP, CAE, is the Deputy Director of King County International Airport/Boeing Field. Previously, David served as Airport Director for the City of Renton and held multiple positions, including Airport Division Manager at the City of Livermore and Airport Operations Manager at the City of Hayward. David's extensive experience in airport operations and management is supported by a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Western Governors University and additional studies in Epidemiology from the University of the People. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautics from The University of North Dakota, enhancing their expertise in the aviation field.
