King County, Behavioral Health And Recovery Division, Involuntary Commitment Act Coordinator

Frank Couch has extensive experience in behavioral health and substance addiction treatment, currently serving as the Involuntary Commitment Act Coordinator for King County's Behavioral Health and Recovery Division since June 2016. In addition, Frank has held a special duty assignment as the Site Manager for the King County Veterans Program. Prior roles include Designated Crisis Responder Supervisor, Couple and Family Therapist in private practice, and Administrator at Lakeside Milam Recovery Centers, a leading treatment center for addiction in Washington State. Frank served as Executive Director of the SAMA Foundation, focusing on improving substance addiction management and services for adolescents.
