Jeff Boudreau

Jeff Boudreau has extensive experience in strategic planning and project management within King County, WA, serving in various leadership roles since 2005. As the Employee Systems Strategic Planning Manager, Jeff has led countywide initiatives to align HR IT and business processes with departmental goals. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Senior Special Projects Manager, where Jeff provided strategic guidance and developed a standardized job classification system across multiple departments. Jeff's background also encompasses budget management and project implementation, notably improving Public Health department processes. Prior to King County, Jeff worked as a Reproductive Educator and Crisis Counselor at Planned Parenthood. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University.
