Luc Poon

Luc Poon is a skilled professional with extensive experience in management auditing and policy evaluation. Currently serving as the Principal Management Auditor for King County, WA since January 2012, Luc designs and leads complex projects aimed at enhancing program performance within a large organization. Previously, Luc held the position of Senior Management Auditor at King County, where responsibilities included conducting performance audits and providing actionable recommendations. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Analyst at the US Government Accountability Office, focusing on national policies and program evaluations, along with earlier positions at the Peace Corps and Bainbridge Island Downtown Association. Luc holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance, University of Washington, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Sociology from Wesleyan University.
