Minh Phan

Minh Phan is a seasoned data and evaluation manager currently serving King County, WA since November 2020, with a strong background in behavioral health data science. Prior experience includes roles as a data analyst at the Washington State Health Care Authority from January 2019 to November 2020, and the State of Oregon - Enterprise Technology Services from June 2016 to May 2017. Minh also worked as a research and data analyst at the Chicago Children's Advocacy Center from August 2015 to May 2016 and as a data consultant at Kantar Worldpanel from July 2013 to June 2014. Minh holds a Master of Business Administration in Data and Strategy from Willamette University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Foreign Trade University (2010-2014).
