Nate Lichti

Nate Lichti possesses extensive experience in housing and community development, with a career spanning from 2004 to the present. Notable roles include Senior Director at the United Way of Central Indiana, where management of the inaugural Basic Needs Fund occurred, and Managing Director at the Washington State Department of Commerce, during which strategies for affordable housing production were successfully led and a team was expanded. Currently serving as Housing Capital Investment Manager for King County, Lichti also provides consulting services through Merchants Affordable Housing Corp. Previous positions include Executive Director at Hamilton County Area Neighborhood Development, where a housing needs assessment was completed, and Director of Real Estate Services at IFF, focusing on nonprofit capacity building. Lichti holds a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's degree from Goshen College.
