An organizational consultant, facilitator, and executive coach. After spending nearly a decade working at McKinsey & Co. both with clients in the Organization Practice, and internally as a facilitator and coach, I specialize in promoting transformational change in people, by helping leaders gain greater awareness and clarity from which to lead. My philosophy is that my clients are inherently creative, resourceful, and whole. Through coaching, I will help you or your team reach greater clarity on what is important or what is next and I will boldly challenge and support you as you take big steps towards a future you find utterly thrilling. I am committed to you seeing results. I typically support people in the context of their work lives (and I mean that broadly, be it in a corner office, in a classroom, or as a leader of a household).
