Since 1988, King Painting has delivered large-scale painting and finishing projects across New England, bringing nearly 40 years of experience to retail, education, hospitality, and commercial development. Over that time, we have completed thousands of projects, including hundreds of hotels, hundreds of schools, and thousands of retail stores. We have also completed more than 20 million square feet of overhead structure, reflecting the scope and complexity of the work entrusted to us. Our reputation is built on consistent execution, long-standing partnerships, and a proven record of completing complex projects on schedule and to the highest standards.

In retail, our portfolio includes stores for some of the nation’s most recognized brands, such as Tesla, Nike, Target, Walmart, Lululemon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Ulta Beauty. In education, we have painted hundreds of K–12 schools across Massachusetts, including Doherty High School in Worcester, William Peck Middle School in Holyoke, Methuen High School, Chapman Middle School in Weymouth, and Sharon High School. Our higher education work includes institutions such as UMass Amherst, Bentley University, Stonehill College, and Merrimack College, and we have also partnered with renowned preparatory schools including Phillips Academy Andover, Milton Academy, and Pike School. In hospitality, we have completed projects for major brands like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, and Wyndham, as well as boutique destinations including Newport Harbor Island Resort, The Row Hotel at Assembly Row, and Artisan Hotel at Tuscan Village.

From flagship retail rollouts to university campuses and landmark hotels, King Painting has proven its ability to manage projects of every size and complexity with precision, reliability, and quality.
