With over 20 years of experience as an executive recruiter, I specialize in building marketing teams for startups and mid-sized B2B SaaS companies in Silicon Valley and Seattle. I have a proven track record of placing key executives and directors at leading companies such as Marketo, DocuSign, Gong, Clari, Coupa, Demandbase, and many more. I leverage my extensive network, industry knowledge, and strategic approach to help my clients find and attract the best talent for their marketing needs.

As the founder of King Recruiting, I offer both retained and contingency searches, tailored to the specific requirements and goals of each client. I also provide career coaching and guidance to the candidates I work with, helping them achieve their professional aspirations and potential. I am passionate about connecting people and creating value.

I have completed my book and signed with a publisher. My journey on how I conquered epilepsy and became one of the top executive recruiters in Silicon Valley will be released on April 8th, 2025.
