Luke Smith

Luke Smith has a significant amount of work experience in the field of business intelligence and software engineering. Luke most recently worked as a Business Intelligence Architect at King Solutions starting in 2023.

Prior to that, Luke worked at Data Recognition Corporation for a total of 10 years. Luke started as a Technical Support Analyst in 2004 and later transitioned into the role of Software Engineer at Carlson in 2006. During their time at Carlson, Luke was responsible for designing, developing, and supporting multiple corporate accounts. Luke also gained experience in ETL packages using Informatica for data mappings and workflows.

In 2007, Luke joined InstyMeds as a Software Engineer where they specialized in integrating external and internal data for electronic prescribing of medications. Luke developed and managed internal applications and web services for information transfer, and implemented an automated report delivery system.

Overall, Luke has experience in various roles within business intelligence and software engineering, showcasing their expertise in operational forecasting, resource and financial planning, KPIs, communication, and technical platform implementation. Luke has also demonstrated leadership skills by spearheading enterprise-wide BI and Analytics initiatives and mentoring other analysts.

Luke Smith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from North Dakota State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including:
