Agnès Bizard

Agnès Bizard is an International Arbitration Counsel at King & Spalding’s Paris office, where the focus is on investment, construction, and commercial disputes, particularly in the infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing sectors. They have participated in numerous arbitral proceedings under various arbitration rules, delivering opening and closing arguments, and cross-examining witnesses. With substantial experience in multiple jurisdictions, especially in Africa, Agnès also frequently appears before French courts in set aside proceedings and acts as an arbitrator and administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals. Currently, they serve as Co-Chair of the IBA Subcommittee on Recognition and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards and Co-Chair of CFA40.
