Brandon Dalling is an experienced attorney specializing in project finance, leveraged finance, mezzanine finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and commodity derivatives. Currently a Partner at King & Spalding since November 2016, Brandon previously served as Counsel at Latham & Watkins, where expertise in banking and secured finance was developed. Prior to these roles, Brandon worked at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers as a Vice President, focusing on trading and structuring of OTC derivatives.
