Christopher McCoy is a partner in the real estate industry group at King & Spalding, serving since August 2007. McCoy specializes in representing institutional and private equity investors in complex real estate transactions across regional, national, and international markets. The practice encompasses forming joint ventures, as well as the acquisition, development, financing, and disposal of assets in various sectors of commercial real estate, including office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, retail, and infrastructure projects. Previously, McCoy worked as a commercial real estate associate at Kennedy Covington from September 2001 to August 2007. McCoy holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in International/Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
