Jonathan Gillespie

Jonathan Gillespie has over 18 years of experience in IT and systems administration. Currently serving as a Product Specialist II at King & Spalding since November 2009, Jonathan has expanded skills into ServiceNow and is the primary Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft 365 Apps, overseeing updates and regression testing. Previous roles include Database Administrator and Systems Administrator, where responsibilities spanned various Microsoft 365 technologies and in-house systems. Prior experience includes working as a Configuration Management Engineer at Automobile Protection Corporation, a Network/Support Technician at Bennett International Group, and an Electronics Sales Associate at Staples. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Clayton State University.
