Patrick Lafferty

Patrick Lafferty is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Counsel at King & Spalding since August 2020. Previously, Lafferty held the position of Counsel at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP from June 2012 to July 2020 and worked as a Patent Attorney at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from May 2009 to June 2012. Lafferty began legal training as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Richard Linn at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in early 2009. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School, obtained in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, completed in 2007.
