Robert Garner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in construction law, currently serving as a Partner at King & Spalding since June 2014. Garner has been involved in the drafting and negotiation of complex construction agreements for large-scale infrastructure projects, including LNG export terminals and power plants. Prior to this, Garner held roles as Associate and Counsel at King & Spalding and briefly worked as an Associate at Balch & Bingham LLP. Additionally, Garner has engineering experience, having served as a Project Engineer with R.K. Shah and Associates and The RBA Group, and as a Captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Garner holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law and a degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
