Robert Hudock

Robert Hudock serves as a Partner in the Data, Privacy and Security practice group at King & Spalding LLP, providing counsel to clients on cyber-attack preparedness, response, and recovery, as well as developing information security programs compliant with regulatory requirements. Prior experience includes roles as a Member at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., and Chief Privacy and Data Security Officer at SAIC, where responsibilities involved risk management and overseeing compliance. Additionally, Hudock contributed to various projects and working groups focused on electronic document discovery and health record certification. Education includes a JD from Cornell Law School and a BS from St. Lawrence University, alongside early experiences as a Health Director at Camp Thorpe and a volunteer EMT.
