Roy Falik

Roy Falik is a Patent Litigation Associate at King & Spalding since January 2023. Previously, Roy served as a Judicial Intern for Hon. Alan D Albright at the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas, where responsibilities included analyzing complex legal issues in patent litigation and drafting Court Orders. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law and dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Mathematical Statistics and Probability from The University of Texas at Austin. Additional experience includes summer associate roles at McKool Smith and Haynes and Boone, LLP, as well as prior roles in automation engineering and software internship positions.
