Sharon Abilmona

Sharon Abilmona is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and investment management. Currently serving as a Legal Practice Assistant at King & Spalding since November 2019, Sharon supports the Corporate, Finance and Investments Group, continuing work with the same Managing Partner and Corporate team from Morrison & Foerster LLP, where employment spanned from October 2017 to November 2019 as a Legal Secretary. Prior experience includes roles at Ropes & Gray LLP as a Legal Executive Assistant, and various positions in legal support and document management at firms such as Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. Additionally, Sharon has a background in graphic design, having worked as a freelance graphic designer and as a Graphic Artist at Temple University. Educational qualifications include a degree from Temple University and further studies at Boston University and the University of the District of Columbia.
